Campbell Supply LLC is committed to providing quality products and dependable service. Please review the following policy regarding returns, refunds, damaged shipments, and order issues.
Returns
Returns may be accepted on eligible products within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval by Campbell Supply LLC.
To request a return, customers must contact us before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging and accessories
- Not show signs of installation, damage, or misuse
Special-order, custom, clearance, or non-stock items may not be eligible for return.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product condition, manufacturer policies, or order type.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Campbell Supply LLC or a verified warranty issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
Customers should inspect all shipments upon delivery.
If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact Campbell Supply LLC as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging and products when available.
We will work with the customer and carrier to help resolve shipping-related issues promptly.
Warranty Claims
Many products sold by Campbell Supply LLC are covered by manufacturer warranties. Warranty coverage, terms, and claim procedures vary by manufacturer.
Campbell Supply LLC may assist customers with warranty claim coordination when possible, but final warranty decisions are made by the manufacturer.
Refunds
Refunds for approved returns will generally be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once an order has shipped, it may be subject to the standard return process outlined above.
Special-order or custom items may not be eligible for cancellation after the order has been placed.
